Content
- Half an orange peel
- One and a half cups of water
- Half an inch piece of cinnamon
- 2 to 3 cloves
- 1 to 2 cardamoms
- Half a teaspoon round
How to prepare tea
First take water in a frying pan and heat it over medium heat. Now add orange peel and other spices. Heat this tea for 2 to 3 minutes and then turn off the gas. Strain the tea into a cup and mix the jaggery in it for sweetness. Then mix it evenly. Now, your orange tea is ready.
The benefits of orange peel tea
Orange peel contains an element called limonene, which is 97% essential oil. These are naturally rich in anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties, which if included in one's diet can relieve problems such as stomach inflammation, inflammation and skin cancer.
