One more potent corona drug found, the company sought approval for use

Corona transition is spreading very fast again all over the world including India and America. The vaccination campaign against corona is in full swing and apart from that many types of drugs are also being discovered. Zydus Cadila, a well-known pharmaceutical company, has sought permission from DCGI to use a hepatitis drug in the treatment of corona. The drug is called pegylated interferon alpha-2b.

According to Zydus Cadila, the third phase of clinical trials of pegylated interferon alpha-2b has shown encouraging results in the treatment of corona with this drug. In fact, the company sells the drug under the 'PeggyHap' brand name. The company said that if the drug is used early, the patient will come out of the transition very quickly and they will not have any problem.

Last year a group of Chinese, Australian and Canadian universities studied corona patients in Wuhan. It found that people who were given the drug interferon alpha-2b had a significantly reduced time to spread the virus.
