Kidney and bladder stones are on the rise as the quality is declining due to rising TDS in the water. Excess salt in water accumulates in the kidneys and turns into hard stones. Millions of people in the country have gallstones. The pain of stones is so excruciating that even a pain killer has to be taken.

Some even after the operation of the stones, the salts start accumulating again in the kidneys and hence the stones form again. A 56-year-old patient named Veermalla Ramalakshmaiya from Hyderabad had been suffering from gallstones for 6 months. After taking several painkillers but no relief, 256 stones were removed from the kidney at a private hospital.

After the operation, one stone after another was removed from the kidney, and in a short time, a heap of stones was formed. Both kidneys were relieved to be stone free. Experts believe that those who suffer from kidney stones should drink plenty of water and also use coconut water and lemon water. Stone disease is on the rise in rural and urban areas.

According to one source, more than 50 million people in India suffer from gallstones. Men are three times more likely to get stones than women. The most common are calcium stones and uric acid stones. In women, urinary tract infections are more likely to cause stereotypes.
