According to a report by Healthline, it has been revealed that people with blood group A who are under 60 years of age have an 18% higher chance of stroke compared to other people. And if we talk about the least risky blood group then it includes O blood group. People with O blood group have a 12% lower risk of stroke than others. Simply put, a person with O blood group has the lowest risk of stroke. However, not only blood group but people's lifestyle, eating and drinking habits also have a special effect on it. Factors like high blood pressure, cholesterol, smoking, obesity and diabetes also play a role in other causes of brain stroke.

According to a research, people with A blood group are more prone to blood clotting or blood bloating due to which they are at higher risk. However, a direct link between blood group and stroke risk has not yet been proven.

Before brain stroke, some problems appear in the body like blurred vision, difficulty in speaking, pain in hands, heavy head etc.

In the year 2020, 35 lakh people have suffered a stroke in the world and this number is continuously increasing. If some lifestyle changes are made, its risk can be reduced. Healthy food habit, regular exercise, tension free life and improvement in smoking habit can avoid its threat. Timely checkup is also essential so that the disease can be prevented before it occurs.
