Exercising more than necessary is dangerous, cardiologist warns

Exercising is very good for health. It benefits overall health. Doing this also reduces the risk of all kinds of diseases. Recently, Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen revealed that she had a heart attack but being physically active saved her life. The cardiologist doctor who treated him has told a shocking thing, he also advised not to exercise more. Exercising daily can also lead to many complications.

Exercising more than necessary is dangerous

A cardiologist from Mumbai said that being a fitness freak and being physically active saved Sushmita Sen's life. They always exercise properly. Due to which he suffered less damage during the heart attack. People who live an active physical life have better health than others. His heart becomes strong and his health also remains good. If you exercise properly, you can save the body from many types of diseases to a great extent. Going to the gym and exercising more than necessary can also prove harmful. So whenever you exercise do it with precautions.

How much exercise should be done in a week?

According to cardiologist should not exercise every day. If you are a fitness freak, exercise only 3 to 4 days a week. Whenever you work out, give the body time to recover from the strain of the exercise, because if the body does not get enough time to recover, then the exercise will be of no use. If you are not getting enough sleep and you are not resting then constant exercise can cause hormone levels to deteriorate. This can endanger health both physically and mentally.

How much workout is required in the gym?

According to the doctor, if you are going to the gym, you should be careful. Exercising too much can also be dangerous. If you are going to the gym, take 7-8 hours of sleep every day. Because if you don't get enough sleep, going to the gym can kill you. Gym should not be understood as a fashion but a healthy activity as over exercising in the gym can be dangerous. This can cause many types of danger in the body.
