From controlling weight gain to detoxing the body, this juice is also beneficial.

Ingredients for making juice

- 3 normal size carrots, 2 to 3 cm lump of fresh turmeric, 1 lemon, 1 cm ginger.

How to make juice

- Peel the turmeric so that dirt etc. is separated. Adjust the ginger.

- Peel and wash the carrots too.

- Now grind turmeric, carrot, ginger pieces and water in a mixer.

- Blend this mixture until it becomes a thin juice.

- Add some lemon juice to the juice to enhance its taste.

Beetroot, carrot, apple and pineapple juice

The juice made from these items helps in curing many health related problems. Carrots and beets contain a good amount of fiber, which relieves constipation. Fiber also relieves other problems.
