2. Soft drinks should not be consumed excessively

4. Excessive consumption of alcohol is harmful

5. By reducing sleep

Even if the body does not get enough sleep, bones can become weak. If you are fond of staying up late at night and get up early in the morning, you can become a victim of insomnia and this leads to weak bones. So one should get enough sleep.
