Insufficient sleep

Inadequate sleep is also a major cause of weight gain. Insufficient sleep increases the appetite-suppressing hormone leptin. Due to which a person often feels hungry. Especially at night when a person is awake, he feels more hungry, due to which he eats anything. Following a good sleep hygiene is very important to get rid of this problem. For this, food should be taken two hours before going to bed.

Do not eat breakfast

Some people do not eat breakfast in the morning in the office rush. Not breaking fast affects the metabolism and the internal block of the body deteriorates, so it is very important to have a healthy breakfast in the morning. A healthy breakfast also makes the day healthy and the stomach is full.

Stress

If stress becomes more than necessary, it also increases cortisol levels. According to one study, high levels of cortisol and fat mass are closely related. A stress hormone called cortisol can cause many problems including weight gain.

Do not drink water

Water helps in maintaining the balance in the body which prevents excessive hunger and drinking enough water burns calories and improves digestion. Not drinking water in the morning can lead to weight gain.

A person may gain up to 3-4 kg weight after quitting smoking but the benefits of quitting smoking are much more than that, so it is better to quit.

Using tablets for common health problems is becoming more common these days but remember every medicine has some side effect and first of all it makes you gain weight.
