There are some fruits that you can easily eat on an empty stomach but there are some fruits that you can eat between breakfast or lunch i.e. between 10 and 12 noon. This is very good for health. There are many fruits that are high in fiber and protein. Instead of eating this in the morning, you should eat it before 10-12 noon.
