The age of 25 is when the coming and going of studies, career, marriage etc. becomes an important part of life. Some girls at this age are pursuing their masters degree, some are doing jobs, some are preparing for competitive exams. Meanwhile, the daily routine of some girls is very difficult due to running.
It is also very important to take care of your health in a busy lifestyle, so girls should include some things in their diet that keep their health, balance hormones, stay energetic and also prevent mood swings during periods.
Healthy carbohydrates
Carbohydrates are the primary source of energy. Women have more fat cells than muscles, due to which they gain weight quickly. If girls continue to be physically active from the beginning, their body fat will not increase as fast. So to keep the body energetic, complex carbohydrates should be consumed to get energy for the workout. Complex carbohydrates include whole grains, oats, whole wheat pasta.
Healthy Fat
The body also needs healthy fats. Including almonds, walnuts, other nuts, olive oil etc. Consuming healthy fats increases the level of happy hormone called serotonin in the body which makes you feel happy. Also, healthy fats improve blood flow. Heart health is good. Bad cholesterol remains low. Reduces bone pain.
protein
Protein is most beneficial for building muscles in the body. Also, protein plays an important role in the growth of hair and nails. So girls should also consume protein rich foods. Eating protein will also increase the strength of the bones and will also bring strength to the body. Protein content is good in cheese, dal, soybean etc.
Iron
Iron deficiency is more common in girls due to periods so they should consume iron rich foods. Beetroot, Amla, Spinach, Pomegranate etc. should be consumed.
fiber
Fiber keeps digestion strong and it is said that more than half of the diseases are caused by poor digestion. Many people don't eat green vegetables or salads but if you want to keep your health good then you must eat green vegetables. It is very high in fiber which is very important for women's health.
