Nowadays the trend of drinking energy drinks is increasing among the youth, if you drink a cup of energy drink you will get around 85 mg of caffeine which can be kept in the dangerous level category. So stay away from such things or you may face heart disease.

You might be drinking coffee at home, office or with friends in a cafe, which contains a lot of caffeine which can suddenly increase blood pressure and cause heart disease in the long term. A cup of coffee contains 60 mg of caffeine which is dangerous.

Millions of people in India start their day with a cup of tea. It is the most consumed beverage after water in this country. This is the reason why the number of heart patients in India is very high. A cup of tea can contain anywhere from 14 to 60 milligrams of caffeine.

India has many cold drinks and soft drinks which are full of soda which is not good for health at all. Everyone from children to the elderly drink it, but it contains sugar as well as caffeine, which increases the risk of diabetes and heart attack.

Guarana drinks are made from a seed that is found in the Amazon region of South America and is used in food, energy drinks and energy supplements. Guarana contains more caffeine than coffee which increases the risk of heart attack.
