Bad posture

Always pay attention to your posture if you want to get the most out of walking. Maintain a straight posture while walking and do not slouch. Doing this improves breathing, reduces back stress and generally improves balance.

Looking down while walking

Many people have a habit of using mobile phones or looking down at their feet while walking. However, this habit also affects you negatively. Doing this can put pressure on your neck and back. Meanwhile try to maintain a straight posture while walking.
