Certain spices present in the kitchen are beneficial. Eating garlic, onions or chilies should not be taken lightly if bloating is occurring, as bloating is considered a sign of digestive problems in the body. There can be many reasons behind frequent bloating. In which slow digestion process, wrong food and drink, physical stagnation, some spices present in the kitchen can be useful to remove them.

Garlic-onion, chili can be a problem

Onions, garlic and red chillies used as spices can cause bloating. Raw garlic has a pungent smell and taste. Garlic also contains fructans, a soluble fiber that is very difficult to digest. Also cayenne can cause pain, inflammation, nausea and swelling.

Fennel

Fennel contains antioxidant, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal compounds. All these compounds are good for the stomach and reduce bloating. Antispasmodic and anethole agents are also present in fennel. Fennel reduces harmful microorganisms present in the intestines.

black pepper

Black pepper is in our kitchen. Black pepper contains a powerful compound called piperine. Which along with increasing our digestive process also increases the absorption of nutrients in the body. A compound found in black pepper works to increase blood flow in the gastrointestinal track.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon is a type of hot spice that is used in many ways. The properties present in cinnamon make it very special. Cinnamon is used in vomiting, indigestion, cold, cough, lack of appetite, fatigue. Cinnamon increases blood flow in the body.

Coriander seeds

Coriander is added to every vegetable, coriander enhances the taste of our food. Apart from this, coriander also has digestive properties. Adding coriander to foods makes them easier to digest.
