3. Ginger water

Ginger water is considered very helpful in reducing bad cholesterol. For this you boil one inch ginger cut in a glass of hot water for about 15 minutes and then strain. If you drink this water after a meal, the body will get its juice which will benefit in every way.

4. Ginger and lemon tea

You may have drunk tea with milk, tea and sugar many times, but you must try tea made with lemon and ginger. Lemon-ginger tea only reduces bad cholesterol and its bad effects especially when you consume a lot of oil and spicy food.
