Proper diet

Vitamin D can also be obtained by including some fortified foods in your diet. Also, if you are a non-vegetarian, you can get it by consuming some special types of marine fish.

Fried Eggs (2): A quick and easy source.

Paneer Tikka (100 g): A delicious vegetarian option.

Sunlight : 15-20 minutes of sunlight in the morning or evening is the source of natural vitamin D.
