Massage with oil before bathing


If you massage before bathing in winter, heat is generated in the body. By doing this you will not feel cold. This also removes toxins and impurities from the body.

Use ghee after bathing

After bathing, massage the body with ghee. Take a teaspoon of ghee and apply it on different parts of the body. It will make your skin glow. After doing this, the body will smell good and the face will glow. If you apply oil after shower, it will feel greasy.

Follow this method while massaging at night

In winter, after massaging at night, you can take a relaxing bath with warm water. If you massage your body with ghee at night, the ghee will settle on the skin. Due to which the possibility of getting sick increases.

After massaging, take a bath with normal water

Massage half an hour before bathing and then shower. Use plain water for bathing. If you bathe with normal water, the body will benefit in many ways.

If your body is always tired due to work, then you can do oil massage twice a week, which will not only relieve you from minor ailments but also give strength to your body.
