According to the report, many physical and emotional symptoms appear when people are stressed. Stress can cause anger, fear, sadness, feelings of hopelessness, trouble sleeping, nightmares, difficulty concentrating, and difficulty making decisions. Many times stress causes people to develop headaches, body aches, stomach problems, skin rashes and chronic diseases. People's mental health begins to deteriorate due to stress. - In today's times social media is increasing the stress level of people. First of all, take a break from social media and news to reduce stress. Try to distance yourself from phones, TVs and computer screens.

- Take care of yourself to reduce stress. Eat healthy food, exercise regularly, get enough sleep of 7-8 hours daily. However, if you are feeling stressed, give yourself a break for a while.

- Take time to rest in between. Do what you enjoy most, regularly. Feel better by communicating with your friends and family.

- Avoid consumption of narcotic substances. People think that these things can reduce stress but this is just a misconception. Intoxication can damage your mental and physical health.

- Monitor your stress level and try to reduce it. However, if the stress does not go down, consult a psychiatrist or some other health expert.
