- Take care of yourself to reduce stress. Eat healthy food, exercise regularly, get enough sleep of 7-8 hours daily. However, if you are feeling stressed, give yourself a break for a while.

- Take time to rest in between. Do what you enjoy most, regularly. Feel better by communicating with your friends and family.

- Avoid consumption of narcotic substances. People think that these things can reduce stress but this is just a misconception. Intoxication can damage your mental and physical health.

- Monitor your stress level and try to reduce it. However, if the stress does not subside, consult a psychiatrist or some health expert.
