AIIMS launches AI based phone app for cancer patients, know how it will help people?

AIIMS launches AI for cancer patients: Keeping cancer patients in mind, Delhi AIIMS has launched a smart phone application - UPPCHAR. This is an AI based health care app. This particular app is developed by 'All India Institute of Medical Sciences' (AIIMS). It will take special care of the cancer patient's health. A study conducted by AIIMS in association with ICMR has shown this. AI will now be used to treat cancer patients.

Data will be kept according to AI

AI has proven to be a boon for doctors. Know how this artificial intelligence can help in treatment? Which cancer therapy is best for treatment? This AI will not replace doctors in treating cancer, but will help them treat cancer patients. AI keeps many health records like pathology, radiology and clinical details. The patient's genomics is then uploaded to the system. Data of such patients is maintained. Along with seeing the history of the cancer, it also shows the results of the treatment. The more data the AI has, the better the results it will produce.

Cancer treatment done by AI

Cancer is treated by AI. With AI you can detect the first stage of cancer. 8 lakh people die of cancer every year in India. One of the biggest reasons behind cancer deaths is late detection of cancer. In 80 percent of cases of delayed cancer detection, only 20 percent of people's lives are saved.
