If you are a royal jelly lover then if you include royal jelly in your diet it also works to reduce weight. It is rich in protein, fiber which helps in digestion of carbohydrates. In this way fat does not accumulate on the body and weight starts to decrease. You can also boil it and eat it as a salad.

However, this may not help in weight loss if you make the dal in an unhealthy way. So be careful not to use too much fat while making this. It would be best if you eat it steamed and use less spices. In this way this weight will also be reduced and will be good for health.
