The number of heart patients in India is steadily increasing. Heart disease is now affecting people from all walks of life.

The disease is on the rise in India due to poor lifestyle, stress, irregular diet and lack of exercise. Due to which the number of deaths due to heart disease is increasing every year more than other diseases. (Or increases annually) Heart failure means that the heart cannot pump blood to the body as needed. So that death can also occur due to lack of oxygen in the body.

The heart is an important organ of the body and it is very important to take proper care of it. Eating and drinking habits are very important for heart care. Things that are useful for our body should be included in our diet. So here's how to take care of your heart.

1. Reduce the use of salt in the diet
First of all, reducing the amount of salt you use can increase your heart protection. You can hardly use salt when cooking, steaming, roasting, steaming or grilling. Add less salt to water when boiling rice, pasta or cereals. You can enhance the taste of the dish by using onions, salads or tomatoes with the meal.


2. Include fresh fruits in the diet to improve the heart
Increase the use of fresh fruits and green vegetables in your diet. Avoid the use of canned food. Eat less spicy dishes in the diet, as spicy dishes can be harmful to health. The use of hubs in the diet should be increased to reduce the deficiency of nutrients in the body. So that the body gets the necessary nutrients.

3. Be sure to check the label of the food packet when buying it
When buying food and beverages, make sure that they do not contain more than 350 mg of sodium. Essential nutrients for the body should be in the diet. Food items need to know how many calories, proteins, carbohydrates and fats there are. Use two to three teaspoons of ghee and four to five teaspoons of oil a day for heart care.


4. No use of spices in the diet
Keep salt, chilli and fried foods low in your diet or diet with them.

5. Don't get drunk
Any drug or its habit is very harmful to the heart. Smoking, alcohol or other intoxicants should not be consumed.

6. Reduce oil and ghee consumption
Consumption of things like ghee, butter should be very low in the diet. Mango, marmalade or garlic should be used in the diet.

7. Inclusion of Strong Food in the diet
People with heart disease should include milk, barley, almonds, tomatoes, cherries, fish, beets, glucose, etc. in their diet as they are very beneficial.
