Corona's second vaccine trial postponed in 24 hours, Eli Lilly company did not give a reason for stopping the trial

Eli Lilly, a well-known American pharmaceutical company, has reportedly stopped trial of the corona vaccine for security reasons. However, the company did not disclose the reasons for stopping the trial. It is worth noting here that the same company that was treating US President Donald Trump's corona with the same drug was conducting the trial of the same anti-body drug Eli Lilly.

According to a report in the Daily Mail, the company had sought permission from the US Food and Drug Administration to try one of its drugs, LY-CoV555. The trial was for LY-CoV555 or another drug. The company announced that it would immediately suspend the trial. But no detailed reasons were given.

The company recently released trial data on a combination of its two antibody drugs. It also revealed details of an antibody drug monotherapy trial. In it, the company claimed that all the patients involved in the trial had recovered but no side effects were seen in each patient. Only two patients showed severe allergic side effects.

Just twenty-four hours ago, a trial of a drug called Corona by Johnson & Johnson Company was also stopped.

Eli Lilly's trial was funded by the government. A trial of an antibody drug made by Eli Lilly was being performed on patients undergoing treatment at the hospital.
