As technology has grown, so has the instability of the mind. People are used to technology. The noise all around and the turbulent area has taken away the peace of mind. Do you know that due to this noise, some kind of problems occur in the body. If these are not removed at the right time, the problems become more serious.

Understand the meaning of silence

Being silent does not mean not to speak even if there is any difficulty, not to answer if someone is saying something, but to keep oneself calm by avoiding any kind of pollution away from the noise. Apart from this, unnecessary discussion is to be avoided.

1. Blood pressure

The effect of silence is very visible on the body. Generally, people living in places with more noise or noise pollution have higher blood pressure than people living in quieter places. They have less problems related to BP.

2. Increase concentration

People who live quietly in more secluded places have a more focused mind than those who live in turbulent places. They can concentrate easily. They enhance concentration by maintaining coherence of thoughts.

3. Brain development

One of the benefits of silence is that brain development is better in people who live in quiet places than in people who live in noisy places. People who live in silence have the best intelligence and thinking ability.

4. Regulation of cortisol hormone

Being in noisy or restless places can increase the level of cortisol hormone. Increase in cortisol hormone leads to risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease. Control of this hormone is very important. Staying silent in quiet places helps control this.

5. Sleep well

One of the benefits of silence is that when the brain is properly active, it leads to better sleep. The risk of developing any kind of mental disorder remains low.
