As technology has grown, so has the instability of the mind. People are used to technology. The noise all around and the turbulent area has taken away the peace of mind. Being in noisy or restless places can increase the level of cortisol hormone. Increase in cortisol hormone leads to risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease. Control of this hormone is very important. Staying silent in quiet places helps control this.

One of the benefits of silence is that when the brain is properly active, it leads to better sleep. The risk of developing any kind of mental disorder remains low.
