People who eat too much mango, be careful, sugar level can be high

Mango is called the king of fruits. Mango season is going on now and various types of mangoes are available in the market. Along with this, most people like to eat mangoes. So some people cut and eat 5-6 mangoes a day. And besides this they drink mango juice. Eating mangoes in general is considered good for health. But consuming it in excess reduces the benefits and increases the harm. If you know the benefits of mango, you should also know about its disadvantages.

1. According to a report, excessive consumption of mangoes can cause blood sugar levels to rise rapidly. Because it is high in carbohydrates. Sometimes the natural sugars in fruits have the same effect as refined sugar. Also, when mangoes are peeled, there is no fiber content to slow down digestion. So in such case if you have diabetes or pre-diabetes then some other food should be consumed along with mango.

2. Sometimes eating too much mango can aggravate stomach problems. In fact, mangoes are hot in nature, so eating 3-4 mangoes at a time can lead to gastrointestinal related problems. which may cause diarrhoea. And the special thing is that if you have irritable bowel syndrome then you should not eat mango even by mistake.

3. Consuming too much mango can also make you gain weight. Mangoes are high in calories, so eating too much of mangoes can make you gain weight. So if you are already overweight then it is imperative to avoid or reduce the consumption of mangoes.

4. Mangoes have a hot effect and hence eating mangoes in excess can cause acne and heat rash on the face. People who have any skin related problem like rashes and pimples more in summer should avoid consuming mangoes.

5. The heat is high in the summer season and if you eat 4-5 mangoes in a single day, your digestive system may get bad. So digesting mangoes can be a difficult task. There are some good bacteria in the stomach but if too much mango is eaten, the good bacteria gets damaged. Due to which mangoes will be difficult to digest. Thus, people with diabetes, skin related problems, stomach related problems should enjoy eating mangoes only after consulting a specialist.
