In the cold season, there is less sunlight, due to which the problem of migraine can also increase. An imbalance of brain chemicals can lead to headaches and migraines.

According to health experts, many lifestyle changes can cause headaches. Excessive consumption of alcohol, coffee, bright or flashing lights, strong smells and certain foods can aggravate migraines.
