Due to which people are falling under the grip of seasonal diseases. People may also have to go to the hospital due to changing weather conditions. You may face many health problems in this season. Meanwhile, you need to take some precautions when dealing with seasonal diseases.

Cover yourself before going out

Cover yourself fully while going out to avoid the weather. If possible, wear a mask and cover your head as well. Don't wear too warm clothes but keep some warm clothes with you so that you can wear them when you feel cold.

Take a breath every now and then

Immunity is deeply affected by the changing weather, so such people should take a bath in hot water periodically. So that the blocked nose opens and if there is a cold, cough then use only warm water for drinking.

Avoid spicy food

Stay away from spicy food and eat light food. Include things like coconut water, lemon water, buttermilk in your diet.

Keep yourself hydrated

Always keep yourself hydrated in changing seasons so always carry a water bottle with you.

Use cloves and turmeric

Cloves and turmeric have anti-inflammatory properties and antioxidants. Due to which your immunity can become strong. Cloves and turmeric can be mixed in milk or a decoction of this spice can be consumed.

Drink a trial decoction

Ajamo is rich in antioxidant and antibacterial properties. Its decoction helps to make immunity strong. To prepare the decoction, grind basil leaves, black pepper and garlic in a pan, add a cup of water and boil it for some time. When it boils add honey and drink it. Drink this decoction twice a day to get quick relief.
