How to get donor card?

You can also apply online to get a donor card. For which you can visit Noto or Soto website. A person must have an Aadhaar card to get a donor card. Along with this, it is necessary to link mobile number with Aadhaar card. Because before the donor card is generated, the OTP is sent to the mobile number linked with the Aadhaar card and only after that the donor card is generated. Also anyone who has completed 18 years of age can apply for this card.
