However, blood circulation is affected due to poor lifestyle and increased physical inactivity with time. According to the health expert, the blood circulation in the body is affected and the cells can get damaged. So some measures need to be taken to increase the blood circulation in the body. According to experts, regular yoga practice improves blood circulation. Along with increasing blood circulation, yoga practice also reduces the risk of many diseases. Regular practice of certain yoga poses keeps the muscles of the body active as well as increases the blood flow.

Practice of Tadasana

Practicing Tadasana is the best option to increase blood circulation in the body. Doing Tadasana increases energy and improves body posture. So Tadasana should be practiced daily for 5-10 minutes daily for health benefits.

Cat-Cow Pose

Practicing Cat Cow Pose increases blood circulation in the back and spinal column. According to experts, regular practice of Cat Cow Pose improves posture and balance. Along with this, the spine and neck are strengthened and tension is relieved. Practicing the Cat Cow Pose is beneficial for a calm mind and better blood circulation.

Adhomukh Shavasana

Adhomukh Shavasana yoga is beneficial for maintaining blood circulation in the body and increasing blood flow to the brain and upper torso. Regular practice of yoga increases blood circulation in the head, thereby increasing brain power and keeping the mind calm. Many muscles of the body become active. Practicing Adhamukha Shavasana is also considered very beneficial for strengthening bones.
